Love for combat sports has grown drastically in the UK in recent years. For every “I train UFC” ‘bro’, there is a dedicated MMA fighter/kick boxer/Thai fighter/BJJ practitioner/boxer (delete as applicable). These are men and women who put their heart and soul into training at every given opportunity, eating right, sleeping right and living clean. 10 years ago, only the cream of the crop could compete in anything outside of an inter-club. Luckily with the acceptance of a combat sports event being a popular night out for many members of the general public in 21st century Britain; new, well run events are appearing on the map to satisfy the demand. This Friday, November 27th, sees the birth of another new combat show to enter the UK market.
