British combat promotion Budo Fighting Championships have revealed the next step in their quest for global domination exclusively to On The Road with Addicted MMA. Whilst preparing for their fifteenth event, scheduled for September 11th at the Holiday Inn, Bolton; CEO Chris Clarke has announced an official affiliation with Brazilian combat promotion Aspera FC.

“I’ve worked with Lucas a few times in the past and when I got his message my jaw nearly hit the floor. Aspera have a proven track record of producing high quality fighters and they’re growing by the day. Lucas and the team do a fantastic job at promoting arguably the best promotion in Brazil. They’ve obviously seen something in Budo and I’m delighted to be partnered with them. We’ve already putting the deal to good work and we’ll be making our first announcement real soon so keep your eye out for when it drops. As for 2017, it’s going to be huge!” – Chris Clarke, Budo Fighting Championships

Tonight, Aspera FC are hosting their 41st installment at the Sao Jose Multipurpose Center, Santa Catarina, Brazil; headlined by Felipe Cruz (16-3-1) & Richard Godoy (10-2). Having run events across two separate continents, Aspera are extending their reach by partnering with this up-and-coming UK company.

“Aspera FC is the most active organization in Brazil with over 15 events per year. We have done some partnerships with some of the biggest MMA organisations of other countries like PANCRASE in Japan, KSW in Poland, AFL in Spain and FFC in Peru. Now with Budo FC in the UK, we are looking forward to building the brand of both organizations and grow internationally as well as helping them to grow more and more here in Brazil. Chris Clarke is an excellent promoter and i’m sure that 2017 is going to be a huge year for both of our organizations.” – Lucas Lutkus, vice president of Aspera FC
