Content Executive at TFC Dawn Ellis – “Following the enormous success of the inaugural Tankō Fighting Championships, the explosive combat sports event returns to Victoria Warehouse for a second installment of pulsating Mixed Martial Arts action on December 3rd, 2016.”

Finally quashing a bitter feud with arch nemesis Eden Newton (6-5), Brendan Loughnane (12-2) will once more be gracing the canvas as he sets his sights on the tough to finish Paul Cook (15-6). After dragging Newton into deep waters of their encounter back in August at Tankō 1, Newton narrowly escaped further punishment in the first round before Loughnane secured the TKO victory in the second over gutsy opposition in a dominant striking clinic for the UFC veteran. After adding fuel to the fire with a shake up in recent weeks with Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett (13-1), Loughnane sets his sights on another dominant performance to potentially setup a UK-based superfight with the Liverpool based athlete next year, Loughnane claimed “Easy work” after The Baddys controversial unanimous decision victory over TUF veteran Julian Erosa (17-4) at Cage Warriors Unplugged. The Geordie, Paul Cook, on the other hand will be looking to put wrongs right after a disappointing last few performances. Going 1-2-1 in his last four, Cook will be looking to upset the odds & propel himself into a new path in his career & fight for future stardom.
